The foam surround that holds the speaker cone in place has disintegrated. You can repair them as it's very hard to find ones that fit without modifications. Here's a link for the kit and there are how to videos on youtube to do the repair : https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw...023.m570.l1313

However, I'd be more inclined to buy new speakers.
The speakers from the offer I mentioned above look like they should fit.
But with shipping they'll cost me about 600PLN, so I'd rather be 100% sure...

I do not believe the speakers you posted will work. The OEM speakers are DUAL COIL. There are 4 wires going to each speaker behind the seats. I do not know of a replacement dual coil speaker but someone in the forum knows for sure. Good luck!

Nope, these speakers may fit in the hole but they are not the right design. Our rear SUBS are of a dual coil 4 wire speaker. If you install a single coil speaker you'll have a spare set of wires not hooked up on each side and may burn out your under the floor amp. There are numerous posts in the forum for replacement subs behind the seats, do a google search for crossfire rear subs and you may have to read a few (as there may be quite a few). Search is your friend, I would caution on using/searching some stereo systems websites for the crossfire rear bulkhead subs, the information is here in the forum, many have used the ones listed (and quite a few have rebuilt the rotted cones too). Good luck!
I bought these on Amazon in 2021 although they didn't fit without modifying the baskets they sit in
I don't know of any sub that fits without modification and that's why it is recommended to repair your with the new foam

Why not do this RIGHT?
Replace the speakers with those you posted, they look good to me.
THEN....
Replace the amp with a modern aftermarket four channel amp.
THEN...
Replace the head unit with a modern four channel AM/FM head and run four more wires from the new head to the new amp, so you have real four channel audio with fader and EQ?
I admit it's more money, but its worth it. Ask me how I know!
(And this asinine dual coil speaker thing is......................... asinine. I swear, the things they did with these cars.....)
Tbh, I used the kit to repair the speakers. Very easy to do, very clear instructions and won't take long - the "curing" time of the glue is the only thing that takes a while but you don't have to be there for that.
Then do yourself a favor and do the "biggest bang for your buck" stereo mod on the forum (takes 5 minutes on each side) and I am impressed how amazing the system really sounds with my BOSS 7" floating display. 7" is the perfect size where you can access all buttons without needing to tilt the display. It looks modern, comes with apple/android car play and a microphone for voice commands/hand free phone calls. It's literately worth every penny. I bought the BOSS at Best Buy and had them install it, too. I asked them a bunch of questions and the guy installing knew exactly how to work on our cars. He knew about the adapter, he knew how to NOT damage anything during the install, was very careful and ran the mic up the A-pillar and placed it in the top left frame of the windshield. They offer free installation.
Do you self a favor and just repair your speakers, do the simple "biggest bang for buck" mod and then if you feel like it, get yourself a new stereo like the BOSS. It sounds fantastic. Plus I love having a GPS I can see, voice commands and all the other apps you can use such as Torque etc.
Ive bought some speakers for the rear. They only have 2 wires going to them is there any way to make it work? Other than running new wires and just bypassing the amp.
