Have just fitted my K & N air filters but is it my imagination that the car has a bit more output?. Pulling away from the lights yesterday in a spirited fashion and got some wheel spin lol.

 

My first response was going to be "That is what happens with the cold/salt encrusted roads in the winter", but then I looked and nope, not down under it isn't winter!

 

Quite possible, we have people here that can feel extra power when they use a certain oil in the engine.
Yeah right! I kid you not.

 

I took out the heavy cup holder and replaced with the bin.. HOLEY HELL what a weight saving performance maker!



But really if the old filters were half clogged.. and you dropped those in.. I could see your car saying WTF.. let's go! ..

 

weather here is nice, not too warm at 34 c. Had a bike that I changed to low differential aftermarket filter and gained a couple of horsepower. Looking at the old filters, she is breathing a lot better.
