Default New Tyres

I need new tyres on my 2005 roadster. I'm tossing up between Michelin Pilot Sport 3's and Yokohama AE50's. I do not care about the wear factor as I only use the car for Sunday cruising and Sporting Car Club runs. My wife has severe pain management problems so I need an extremely comfortable ride.
Feed back would be great.

Default Re: New Tyres

your stock tires on the rear is 255/35-19 10.0 wide 3.5 sidewall and 26 tall ,. get yourself a set of 18" rims , then install this tire. 265/40-18 10.4 wide ,,4.2 sidewall and 26.3 tall the more sidewall you have the softer the ride , the 18' tire i show here is just a little bigger /softer ride and no changes in the speedometer. my drag radials are 255 /50-16 the width is 10.5 side wall is 5.0 and 26 tall .. yes they are 90% used on the track but they are soft riding jim
