PS There is a 2003 E55 salvage car with 75k on the odo for $5k in So Cal. right now that I was eyeballing.

Nope, not lucky enough to be picking up one of those but yeah, that thing would haul some serious @$$. Pretty much stab the gas pedal and pray there isn't any traffic ahead of you!!! LOL

You gonna grab that engine? That's a fantastic price and the miles are a little high but nothing to be alarmed at. Is it starting at 5k or is that a buy it now price?

Damn you Rudy! This fits exactly with the color roadster Ruth wants and the model I would agree to. Just don't have the cash to handle buying it.

EDIT: She says she wants it as Aero Blue not SSB....oh well, just another example of a woman changing her mind....or a man not knowing what a woman wants. Still, I would love it and would even consider selling my Red SE Roadster to Pizzaguy just to afford buying it....if the wife would let me that is (she loves the red more than the AB).

If I had you put a 55k motor in your vert Crossfire I fear it wouldn't be long before it looked like THIS......

 

Don't know the details of what happened but haven't done a white one yet so we know that a 55k motor had nothing to do with that. It's all about respecting the car and the conditions. Sad to see one of our cars in that sad of shape and hope whoever was driving wasn't serious injured or killed. Cars don't damage property and kill people, stupid people driving cars damage property and kill people.

It was a joke..............I should've put "lol" in hindsight. I've driven almost every make/model of high powered car in production(from Mclaren F1 to 428 race Cobra CSX) in the last 10 years and haven't wrecked one yet(knocks on wood).

 

rcompart, unfortunately I wasn't able to find a serious buyer this soon. I am going to have to keep on the lookout for your car in the future. Good luck with the trade.

Nope, not another Crossfire... Yet. I'll own another one but it'll have a roof on it next go around. Funny how I went from a base coupe, to an SRT6 roadster, and now I'm gonna be looking for a base coupe again. LOL Life's a circle I guess.

Well guess what? You're in luck! I just so happen to have the flip up wing painted to match just in case you wanted the car but wanted it without the SRT6 wing. Just say the word and we'll get it on there. Still have the car for another 6 hours.

You guys are probably going to laugh at me but I picked up an '05 C240 4Matic. Yeah, not as glorious as a Crossfire but we're pretty sure that it'll keep up with Paul, Beaner and Jim when we're done with it! LOL Can you say lots of power and AWD!!!
