Black Maxx Edition AGAIN!!!
This car will never die, it sold at the Mechum auction recently and landed at this dealership. No picture or mention of the "Special Edition", but the VIN# matches the SRT6 listing on the Sticky Thread. It moved from Tennesse to Texas and the price went from $18,900 to $21,998. So this is the dope (dealer) that purchased this car. This is the 7th or 8th seller of this special Crossfire....

Bob, that would be priceless...you have to go get a photo with that machine...if it makes an Indy auction..I'm all over that... this car has had more owners, as it may qualify for a Guiness world record.. once it makes Mexico, it will find a home..

That place is not to far from me too. I might have to go check it out and mess with a salesman. lol

Aside from its history, it's a nice looking car. The absent spoiler makes it much more attractive. I'm too old to be a fan of the black wheels, but other than that it looks good. I think I recall someone on another thread state that mechanically it's not good.

I purchased my car from a dealer for $16.5k in 2009 with 19k miles on it. It now has 40k miles and both NADA and KBB say that the suggested retail on my car now is 21.5k even with the miles. Which is 5k over what I paid over two years ago.
KBB also says that my exact car as I purchased it (19k miles) has a suggested retail of 22.8k which means one could approximate that the values have gone up about 6.5k in the past 2 years.
Hell, even the trade-in value KBB says for my car as it sits right now (40k miles) is higher than what I paid for it two years ago.
The people at Earthwhateverthedealernameis looked up the KBB and probably listed as whatever the suggested retail was. They probably don't know that it is all cacked up and not anywhere near close to good condition for a SRT6.

This car is the Paris Hilton of our community. She might look good to some but we know the real story. Nothing but drama, a whole lot of corrective surgery, passed around, train wreck, and famous for the bad! I really wish I had gone to have my picture taken with this car when it lived in Orlando......
A limited body, limited interior with base level ***** and speaker surrounds and an SRT6 engine. Hmmmmmmmmmm. seems to have an identity crisis issue.................and beyond that, the very special black wheels............ which I think looks like breakdust gone wild..............
If nothing else, it brings great fun to the forum. Beyond that, if anyone reads anything about these cars, they should be able to figure what this car is..........and what it isn't.

I asked the dealer for information on this car and this is the reply.
I'm sorry but the inside information is very scattered and my understanding is that this car is one of only 176 made so I wish I could give you more information ..Please advise the car has been in a climate controlled facility and barely driven!! You will not be dissapointed.Thank you
I replied providing the true history of the car.
