2007 Roadster - Base Model - Black - Leather Seats - 6 speed manual transmission. Just took out of the garage the other day; a little less than 17,000 miles now, but I'm driving it again now that the weather is nice. No modifications have been made to this car. Pictures and CARFAX attached. CARFAX says it was in an accident when it was fairly new, but nothing wrong with it as far as I know. I've owned it for about three years. Looking for a reasonable offer. Car is in Westchester County NY - about 45 minutes from Manhattan. Man, I paid $12,000 for mine with 44,000 on it.

 

It's a base, not LT, so asking price looks fair.

 

Base models didn't have leather seats, yet his trim is blacked out. What do we have here?

 

IF those seats are indeed leather, then they are NOT the OEM leather seats, the headrests are not integrated like mine.

 

As I look at the pictures, it DOES look like someone has upgraded the seats.

In any event, with those miles, this car is still new.

 

I'm pretty sure those seats were on SE models. Considering it's an '07, it could be a base with some SE components.

Not trying to deter anyone but the carfax does show and accident. Would just check out more details on that to make sure all is in order. Seats are likely aftermarket. I don't think the SEs came wth a leather option. They look good through. Looks like a nice car.

 

Yes, the CarFax shows that the car was in an accident. I knew this when I bought it, but wasn't concerned as the title history section showed the car never had a problem regarding salvage, junk, rebuilt, fire, flood, hail or lemon. Also, the additional history section showed it was never a total loss or had structural damage and that the airbag was never deployed. The report also states that Kansas police reports are required if the estimated damage exceeds $500, which isn't a lot of money especially given that the car was practically new at the time.

That being said, yes the car was in an accident and anyone interested should do whatever they need to in order to satisfy themselves as to the condition of the car.

Also, please note that the car is in Westchester County, New York which is right outside New York City. I also failed to mention that I bought a 3 year I don't know how many miles (doesn't matter as I've only put about 6,000 miles on it since I bought it) warranty on it that I've never used that is transferable and has another nine months left on it.

This car reminds me of Boiler's Base Coupe - he turned his into a HELL of a foundation for the car he built - a very nice blacked-out Coupe, that was later totaled in a freak accident.
