"rear brake clunking" ???
has anyone noticed at times the rear brake (mine is at the passenger rear) clunks when at a stop. it happens when the brake is depressed and when i go to release it. happening mostly on rainy or very humid days...

My guess is the caliper...

Check that your rear calipers are bolted down tightly and that the pads are seated correctly. Also inspect the control arm, sway bar and bushings. sounds like you may have a loose part that is being torqued when the brakes are applied.

tightened it up and thus far on my short ride back home... no clunking...
