CTD-Germany Custom Front Grill Group Buy
To my knowledge Tino has never promised a picture of the final product painted in an automobile. Although I do not know how they can put it on the web site without it.
the grilles are in production and should be finished in begin of february. if i have a final grill in my hands, i paint it black and put it on a car. sorry, but we only have a black coupe available.

Ah... it finally pays off to have purchased a black car!! Looking forward to the finished product Tino ~ I've done some photoshops on my own, and I have faith it will look absolutely brilliant.
Thanks for the update.

Any news on the US distributor for the grill? I heard having this will give us a lower price? I am interested in the upper grill but w/o this info how will we get the grill?
i wrote in a few posts before, that aidendesigns.com is our new US distributor. the price will be the same, only the shipping costs will be lower.

Alrighty...please put me on the list for the upper grill. How will we set-up the painting process. I have a Sapphire Silver Blue car and would like the grill frame to be painted before being sent to me. How accurate will the paint matching be?
I now have a new, Bentley-style chrome grille(s) in my Crossfire. All three openings. I will send photos as soon as I get price figure from manufacturer. My car was used for the prototype at my request of T-Rex, a company in Corona, CA, which specializes in billet grilles They did the whole thing in two weeks.
It is gorgeous. They knocked my socks off. The bezel (frame) for the grille follows the outline of the Chrysler wings on the top. The supports/attachments are just great.
The appearance looks totally factory, not aftermarket.
I should have the price and photos by middle of next week.
I am thrilled. RJReiser, Los Angeles

Ooooo...competition, eh? Please remove me from the CTD group purchase for now since I would like to see pics of this other grill before I make my decision. Are we still closing the CTD group purchase at the end of the month?
Thanks
Thanks
T-Rex Grilles has put a photo at their site. They haven't given me the price yet, however.
Below is the webpage with the photo, which is clickable to enlarge. Let me know what you
think. I will ask them about a group buy when they call me about price.

No offense but that looks aftermarket and it looks, well to put it mildly...funny.
But more choice for people so its all good if that's what you like. Here is an option for all those "no rib" people.

^^^ I think they said that they would not be building one. Not that it couldn't be built. But if you look at that grill you'll notice it has the same problem that made me hate that Sebring grill. Look how far back it sits, it does not follow the factory lines of the factory grill which the CTD grill does.
Hey at least now there is an option for everybody. Everybody is happy.
