I have had this problem for about a week now. When my A/C is turned completly off it sometimes blows short bursts of air (sometimes hot, sometimes cold) out of all the vents for about 5sec. and dose this completly at random. Any thoughts would be helpful, otherwize it's back to the dealer.

On a side note, what is/was the longest anyone has had to wait for their headlight(s) replacment?
It's been almost seven months for me now and I've been to two of my local dealers. How long does it take to order headlights?

 

Man ...random blowing... we can't have that, can we ?

haha, take it to the dealer... first I've heard of this problem anywhere... although, something tells me they'll be clueless as well...

 

There is a function when the car is off and you hit the recirc button it will use residual energy and keep blowing. This works with the heater, so when you leave the car and hit the recirc, you will have a warm car when you get back. I do not know if this works with the air though?

 

I know this function, but it blows randomly when the car is on, with the recirc bottom off. This function you speak of "should" only work when the car is off. Looks like i'll have to call my dealer monday to make an appointment, thanks for everything guys!
