Earlier today, I had a chat with a county police man.

"Sir, you going a little fast out there" (hand on un snapped side arm).

"Sorry sir, yep I went around that corner a bit quickly but I didn't think it was too fast."

"Well, I was coming the other way and it looked plenty fast to me. You been drinking today?"

"Nope, it's only 2 o'clock, just cleaned my wheels and doing a little circuit run around the block" He checks the wheels to see.

"Ever been caught speeding before?"

"Ever? yes!"

"Wait here" (comes back a few tense moments later).

"OK sir, you'll have to get out of that car and let me drive it back."

"What?"

"I'm just kidding sir, that's a really nice car. I'm giving you a warning this time. Please drive carefully on you way home."

"No worries about that!"

Wife says, "see I told you, it's a ticket magnet, Mario (Andretti).

"First, it's Ayrton (Senna) and, secondly, it's just like tv...it looks like you're going 20 mph faster."

"Yeah right Ayrton."

Thank goodness for reasonable policemen!

 

Did your spoiler lower its tail while the nice policeman was walking to your car? I hate when that happens...
