Default Determining price to pay

How much should one pay to a Chrysler dealer for an '05 LTD Roadster, it has 6,200 miles and is Chrysler Certified?

My guess would be somewhere in the $25,000 range. Most went for $35,000-$36,000 new on a $42,000 sticker depending on the options.
