Rear wing/anything underneath?

Rear wing/anything underneath?
Just wondering if anyone has any kind of decoration, sticker, pin striping etc that shows when the wing is in the up position? I thought about a reflective red tape, but thought I would see if anyone has done anything before I start sticking something there. Just curious.
