question about tsbs

I have exceeded my bumper to bumper to warranty but still have my powertrain warranty. I'm having problems with the liftgate noise and wind noise in car. Will they fix this for free since it is a known problem??? Thanks.

Only if you took it in for the same problem under warrenty and its documented.
