New Crossfire owner
Hello,
After reading a lot about the Crossfires (much from this site) I decided to take the plunge and purchased a 2005 Crossfire recently. It has 13,000 miles and in near perfect condition. I was told it is a Limited but I am not sure how to tell since the paperwork does not mention it. Other than the crappy weather driving issues in northern Virginia I am delighted. This car is a blast to drive. I like the sound of this car too especially while driving over 4,000 rpm.
Any other Crossfire owners in the Washington D.C. area?

Welcome Tim - There's quite a few of us. I'm in Brookeville Maryland. Yours is a Ltd if you have silver window trim and silver door handles. I believe the base model had those two things painted the same as the car. The base models I saw also didn't have fog lights.
Enjoy your car, there is a section (Regional Forums) for Northeast activities etc. from time to time people do get together, there was one at the recent auto show which unfortunately I missed, check out that spot. Lots of good information here about your car and nice people to chat with.

Just a note - another way to tell model differences is by the seats.
Base = Cloth
Limited = Leather
SRT6 = Alacantra Suede
Also, there is a way to tell by the VIN, not sure what digit, but if you search on the forum you will find it.
Enjoy.
The easiest way to tell is if your car is not black (or doesn't have a whale tail on the back), then its a Limited lol. Well except for a black limited which has silver trim.
