Default Stop the Presses...Real Dealer Service

If you are in SoCal and cannot find a decent service dept, try Jeep Chrysler of Ontario. I have been dealing with them since 1999 and have had three different DCX vehicles serviced by them.

Their service dept is open SEVEN days a week. Mon-Fri they are open til MIDNIGHT. I have only had to bring my Crossfire in twice in the last year, but it has been surrounded by their service staff each time. They actually like Crossfires.

I talked with Bruce Warren Jr, one of their service advisors, and he invites all SoCal Crossfire owners to give him a call if you aren't happy with your current dealer. His direct line is 909-843-6764.

I told him about a rattle in the hatch and he replied "...yeah we got a TSB on that. We have one specialist who really knows how to fix it. The rate book says it is supposed to take less than an hour. We found there was fine tuning involved. With testing and tweaking, it takes longer than that. We want to fix it the first time."

If you are in SoCal and can't get good service give Bruce a call and say you heard about it on the Forum.

How refreshing! It might be worth it to try them out while I'm in LA.
