Default Feels sooo...good

After 10 weeks tucked away in my garage, I just couldn't take it any longer and pulled my Crossfire outside to greet Spring (since it's officially here now).
But that turned out not to be enough, so I called my insurance agent and put full coverage back on it and went for a ride.
85 miles in two days, and I really didn't want to come back home.
These cars should come with a federal mandated warning label attached that says: (E.T.I.T.S.)..."Every trip is too short".

Why...What did you think it meant?

I dunno, but it sure painted an interesting mental picture for me!

I can't tell you my first thought but after the weather we've been having I was thinking "EVERY TIME I THINK SPRING - IT SNOWS".

Seems like its been that kind of winter hasn't it Rick. It was 85 last Wednesday and then on Friday we have an ice storm? Glad you got to take a spin Mike!

I hear you, mine has been in storage since October. Last Saturday the weather hit the 70's so I took it off the jacks, removed battery keeper and pulled it out on the driveway so I could Rust Bullet the weather-stripping channels on the doors. I had a little scare this year when I started it up, sounded like a lifter was hanging up, but once oil got warmed up everything quieted back down and sounded good again. Right now the car is back in the garage with wax paper between the doors and sills so the Rust Bullet can cure. Unfortunately, it's still too early to take it out on the road because of all the rocks and gravel still on the road ways around here; just yesterday my Ram got hit with a golf ball sized rock kicked up by the car ahead of me and chipped my windshield again. I can't wait until we get some good rains to wash down the roads so I can take the car out again.
