traction control noise

Default traction control noise
Hi everyone I have been sitting here in the background for sometime just reading lots, I have a question about the T/C system when on(turn the key and go) I spin the tires do you guys hear a whining noise?
Only during T/C light flash.

p.s. no luck finding this in search.
