ShawnQ,
Congrats, I am happy to hear you will soon join the club. You will love the XF!
Have you decided what tires you are going with? I have read about several and know some are better for different parts of the country and driving styles so maybe someone from your neck of the woods on the forum can give you some insight. I am not sure what I will use when it is time for mine. Please post some pictures so we can all see your new toy.

Paul,

I haven't yet decided on the tires. You and I are in similar areas (I'm about 40miles south of Austin). I was thinking of going with the OE equipment or a set of Nittos I saw on Discounttiredirect.com (not the 555's).

I'm not sure yet.

I will definitely post pics - but it looks just like every other '04 Graphite Coupe out there! (for now).

ShawnQ,
You might PM a guy on the forum that goes by marauderroy, Roy lives in New Braunfels and has changed his tires (and has a great looking car by the way). I hope our next run you can come with us. We are probably set up another meet soon, keep an eye here https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...t=9958&page=14
if you are interested meeting up with other XF owners in the area.

There she is...tires actually aren't nearly as bad as I thought they were.

You can see my other Mopar in the background, only it's Cummins powered.

The wife loves it - can't wait to get some wheels on it.

Here is my story. I tried to sell my Black on Black Xf 2005 14K miles. I was asking for 15K.

Not sold the best offer was 13.5k!!

These cars are great but do not have resale value. I will not sell now.

MK,

Is it a base model or a limited?

Base model.

Here is the Ebay item number 330115672875.

Not a single bid, but ridiculous offers!! A guy even had the nerve to offer 10k "in cash".

I will keep my car.

Congratulations on your purchase Shawn, I think you got if for a good price. 04's here are going between 19K-21K here.

Shawn,

Three weeks ago I bought a Crossfire with almost exactly the same specs. 2004 Coupe, spotless finish, 26K miles, bald tires. I paid $17,725 through a local dealership. I think that's about the going rate.
