I'm worn down reading all the comments about headlamp condensation.
Guys, its so easy to deal with.
1. Face car into sun. Everyone has a sun, right.
2. Open hood.
3. Remove large round rubber caps from back of each headlamp.
4. Come back in about 1 hour. The condensation should be gone.
5. Replace caps. Get on with your life.
6. Repeat when necessary.
It shouldn't be necessary to explain why this works.
But if you would sooner have them replaced or vented, go right ahead.
I do like the suggestion of popping in silica pouches.

Black Diamond, yes you can face your car into the sun and the condensation will disappear...eventually. It just so happens that the heat created by the engine causes my lights to fog. And then as it cools the condensation disappears.
Sun bathing your car would temporarily fix the problem of fogging. Don't you want a permanent fix? I do. The condensation is ugly and annoying.
I am investing in some tinted film that fits the headlights for the xfire (sold on ebay) that not only look cool but at least disguise the condensation/filming problem (two different issues) since I cannot afford to have the lights replaced being that it only has the 7 year/70,000 mile warranty left.

mrobinso - your car must be different than mine.
Mine clears up fine and fast.
However, if the condensation is left in there, and can't get out, the heat from your bulbs will turn the condensation into a film on the inside of the headlights.
Its not the engine heat that clears it up. If you read the TSB of Jan 13/05, the suggested fix is to remove the caps and leave the headlights on for a minimum of 45 minutes, and then install new vents.

Appreciate that tip. However I have made up my mind. I am buying some white sylvania silver star H7 bulbs for my low beams tomorrow. Also I have an order for XFire headlight tint film to put over my lamps. Another member recommended me them (looks great from his pics!). This is my solution (or cover up) of the recurring problem and I think it will look good too.
