Lease end inspection
Chrysler Financial called my yesterday, I was considering extending my lease but I'm probably not after further consideration, and they notified me that I am now eligible to get my complimentary lease end inspection done. I called the company handling that and setup an appointment for next Thursday.
Does anyone know what this process is like and how picky they are going to be?

It wouldn't surprise me if they charged the leasee for any repair in this area since it constitutes surface rust. Which I believe is not covered under warranty.
Dirtboy,
My wife just had her 2004 Jeep Liberty inspected by an outside concern, it was also a lease and the inspector found zero problems. He conducted an inspection that lasted approximately twenty minutes. The inspection was conducted at our home.

I turned my '04 in last month (bought a roadster to replace it) and had no problems with the inspection. The car even had the original Continentals with 32,000 miles on them.
