Default Startech Sports Steering Wheel

I was considering having the standard steering wheel replaced with a Startech sports steering wheel. Have any of you guys had it done? Any advice, will it feel a lot different ? Is it the same size ? and most of all, is it worth the £499 plus the fitting charge.

Ken.

If you plan on ordering from Startech, you should import through a Canadian Dealer, because the US dollar to CAN dollar is nearly identical. And the import fees should be cheaper.

I've bought Startech accessories direct from Brabus and its actually not that expensive at all. The parts themselves are expensive. For my Startech front spoiler I only paid $40 shipping. And my Startech rear spoiler I could have sworn I only paid $38 and that was from Germany.

Could you (or anyone) post a picture of the steering wheel!? I've looked on the internet and couldn't find it... If it looks anything like the steering wheels brabus (or other MB tuners) is putting out I'd buy one for that price in a heart beat!

i'm pretty sure this is it: http://www.startech.de/p13be.htm (scroll down)

its got formed grips at 3 and 9 o'clock. CTD used to have one advertised that i liked better; it had a nice polished aluminum wraparound accent piece where the spokes meet the rim.
