Cool Re: chrome ?

There are many of us that are looking for chrome door handle covers. you can get the door handle shells that fit under the door handles. At this point you will have to remove your existing handles and have them chromed.

Cool Re: chrome ?

Unfortunately no one makes them for our cars...so there are no part numbers. They can be found for other cars such as MB, BMW and Volvo, none of the ones that are for MB products will fit our cars. This is something that I have been researching since day one of ownership. Maybe James will have some luck finding a manufacturer.

I think is asking for the OEM part number for the handle.

i am thinking about removing them and having them chromed along with another half of my car... it is just that removing them is a somewhat painful process...

It can't be to hard to remove them, after trying to find someone to chrome mine I finally gave up and had them painted graphite gray to match my body color. The body shop charged me $100 to remove, paint and reinstall them. It looks great if you have changed your silver trim to chrome.

Cool Re: chrome ?

Found this on a Chrysler Parts Direct site...no price/part# for the handle though. Use the "collision parts" portal and then door - door lock/hardware, and there will be an exploded diagram of all parts, but no part#/price for the handle, will check with my dealer on Monday.
