Anybody have the BF Goodrich g-Force T/A KDW NT tires on their coupe? How are they?

 

I guy I know who has just turned his Crossfire in had these, he seemed to like them.
That's all I know.

 

Very distinctive tread design ! I like 'em and plan on getting a set once the Contis are shot. These tires are getting some very good owner reviews at www.tirerack.com and I seen a few sets at the local Auto-X events. Seem to be a good choice for a street tire which sees occasional Auto-X or track use. Stay out of the snow and you'll get good results.

What about the noise? I read some reviews that say this tire is noisy!

 

Is this an all season tire?

 

No sir, it's a max performance SUMMER tire with good wet road performance. Totally useless in the snow and yes, it is pretty loud compared to a touring tire like the stock Contis. But I have the Magnaflow exhaust so obviously noise is not an issue. Probably a good choice for some one like me who plans on keeping the Crossfire in the garage and driving my Jeep during the winter months.

I have them on my srt-6, and I love them. I got them from tirerack total cost plus shipping was $804. I drove from Baltimore MD to Macon GA and back with no problems. They are a little loud.

 

Thanks, I have to decide on a all season tire, or an extra set for winter.

 

They are noisy, but they also stick like crazy. I actually have a set on my '04 PT Cruiser Turbo and last year at Buttonwillow Raceway I ran down and then was held up by a mid 1990s Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo. My HPDE instructor thought it mighty funny that the little sports car couldn't out run the grocery getter!!

I'll say it again though...they are noisy.

 

I have them, I have had no problems. They don't seem loud to me, but I drive with the windows down. I took them to the track, and they were great!
