When does my warranty end?
Does anyone know of an easy way to determine when my warranty expires?
When I was in for service in the Spring, I was told that it ended in October. Unfortunately I dont know if that is at the end of the month or on a specific date. I have an appointment set for monday (the 1st) because the ol' 6-speed has decided to start doing its "popping out of first thing again".
Is there possibly a number that I can call or a website that I can visit to get the exact date?
Thanks in advance for all of your help.

You can call your local dealer and give him the VIN. He should, if he has 5 minutes, be able to look it up on his computer.

Your warranty will run out according to your "in service" date (the day you purchased the car).
Example: Purchase date 4/4/2007 your 3/36 warranty will expire on 4/3/2010 and your 7/76 will run out on 4/3/2014, providing mileage limits have not been exceeded. Also be aware that any "extended warranty" purchased will run concurrently with you existing warranty.

Another question...as I said, I am taking my XFire in for service on Monday the 1st.
Unfortunately, I was told that the warranty expires on the 8th.
Am I going to get charged for anything that they do after the 8th even if I have initiated the service request on the 1st? Given that I may possibly have to have the transmission replaced, I am sure that it will take at least a week.
