Default Torque Spec for Wheel Lug?

Putting winter shoes on... What it the torque spec on the crossfire for the lugs?

Just had new tires put on, too... 81 ft/lb!

Alright... I just put on my 18" snow wheel/tire setup and the rears rubbed on something.... Do I need spacers or something? What was it rubbing on? I looked EVERYWHERE! The rears are 225/45/18's. Fronts are 225/40/18's. Fronts work fine, rears were completely jammed up against something...
