Default Out of Warranty Problems

I picked up a clean 2004 Coupe recently and I am debating the extended warranty options that are available to me now . I did the $150 powertrain transfer but I'm curious as to what problems Crossfire owners have had after the car was out of the 36,000 mile factory warranty period . I'm not interested in the small stuff but anything that would cost $500 or more . I had a '89 MB190E that went over 130k with only a waterpump failure at 125k and currently own a '99 MB ML320 that has over 80k and it only suffered a power window switch needing replacement . My Crossfire has 45k miles and seems in great shape but for some reason the previous owner shows no service history in the booklet or on file with Chrysler .

So , three questions :

Extended warranty worth it for $1900 85K exp 2011 ?

Will they give me any grief over the "No History" if I do need to file a claim ?

If I don't do the ext warranty , What problems do the Crossfires commonly have that may cost me a bundle ?

Thanks

I bought a 5 year / 75000 mile warranty for $1695.00
It started the day I took possession of the car
(04 Coupe 17200 miles)
It covers everything except wear and tear everyday maintenance. (brakes, shocks, tires etc.)
I can also go to any dealer for service. I will most likely go to the local Mercedes dealer too. I got out my magnifying glass and read the entire contract word for word and it is a good warranty. $100.00 deductible per claim/visit.

Cool Re: Out of Warranty Problems

Here are a few things that have gone wrong with my 2005 Roadster Limited, fortunately they were all covered under warranty. The list is just to give you an idea of what things cost (from the dealer) to have repaired, if out of warranty you would have to include labor charges also. Also keep in mind that your new warranty will run from the original "in service" date, I like to call it an "extra" warranty rather than an "extended" warranty. Most of my issues occurred during my 3/36 period, some right before my warranty was due to run out. IMHO it is worth the money to get the added protection.

Both seats totally replaced - heated seats issue.
Cost: $5863.25

NAV Radio replaced twice - display issues.
Cost: $3500.00 ($1750.00 x 2)

Steering Wheel replaced wear issues.
Cost: $563.00

Both Headlamps replaced twice - condensation issues.
Cost: $1148.00 ($286.00 x 4)

Passenger Door Window Regulator
Cost: $148.00

Cigarette Lighter replaced.
Cost: $68.00

Crossfire trunk Lettering replaced.
Cost: $98.00
