The break down was:
Unmount tires ($13 x2): $26
Mount tires ($13 x 2): $26
Computer balance ($15 x 2): $30
Tire waste fee: $3

I paid $15 each to mount and balance the fronts and $20 each to mount and balance the rears, tirerack has a section on thier site that give s the best pricing on tire mounting in your local area. the dismount price is included and I kept my old tires to save on waste fees.
I think Discount tire ripped you off

I just replaced my 4 worn original Michelin P/S (19k) with Kumho Spt from Tire Rack. Great, quiet ride. Labor cost by recommended shop by Tire Rack was $90 plus $20 for the TPMS.

I had 4 Kumho's mounted on my Miata last week. Mounted and computer balanced for $5 per wheel from an indie that I have used for over 15 years without a problem. Have Kuhmos on the Miata (2nd set) and on my wifes' Kia Amanti and just waiting for the Mich to wear out so I can replace with Kumhos. elfprofessor

I'm glad I got my "Summer Dragon" Set on the Cheap!
So when you say "summer" only that doesn't mean you can't drive them in the cold as long as its dry right? I mean the compound of the tire is fine and we can indeed drive these in the winter as long as there is no slippery stuff. forgive the stupid question.

Yup, Just No Slippery Stuff, that is correct.
BTW, I didn't say "only", you did.
