Along with being a Professional Photographer I am the technical manager for a pre-press house focusing solely on packaging for a large toy company. I also consult in digital workflow design.

Roger that! I'd have to opt for the Ford GT, Aston Martin V8 Vantage, or Ferrari. Well, actually, if money wasn't an object, I'd have to go for the big brother Lambo, the Murcielago! Ah heck, I'd just get one of each!!

Way back in the late 70's, A/C wasn't even heard of on small displacement European engines. And you know that you couldn't sell a car in the U.S without A/C. Now to answer your question, a very small group of us designed and engineered an A/C system with a local U.S supplier. I can tell you that this project was a BIG challenge on this particular FWD application with a longitudinal drivetrain and the transmission located in front of the engine. To make a long story short, you had no drive of the crankshaft to run the accessories. Everything was driven off the camshaft and I mean everything, alternator, water pump, air pump and of course the newly added A/C compressor. That's a lot of load for a camshaft if you know what I mean but the marketing guys didn't care and said they had to have it. We took on the project and ended up with a fairly decent system.
Anyway, I'll let you guess as to what company, they weren't that many with this drivetrain layout. I only worked for this company for a few years but it was the most challenging and best time of my career.

It’s funny, the other night I was out and some girl asked me what I do. I told her I am a lobbyist and she said “oh cool, I used to work at a hotel too but only at the front desk.” Sadly she was a current college student, who I am pretty sure has not yet taken Government 101.
Director of Legislative and Govermental Affairs. I work with Senate and House members in the State of Texas to obtain beneficial legislation as well as address state and local agency issues that impact my client. Some might say lobbyist...but I prefer to think of myself as an advocate for the right answer.

Wink Re: occupations?

Interesting...all the different types of occupations. Well lets see what do I do??? Not much. I have a clerical job with a company called Terasen Gas which is the distribution company of NG for the province of BC (Canada). I also am having an issue uploading a photo of my baby girl so if anyone has any suggestions let me know. She is Saphire Blue SRT6 Roadster Convertible (and sorry is I butchered this!!) I love her to bits. Except for the speaker thats on the fritz behind the passanger seat... oh well. She's worth the money.
