Default European side marker lites-what to do?

I noticed that my" European" marker lights, the small ones up in the corner of the front lites, come on when I turn my driving lites on. I just noticed this when I saw my car in a window. Should these lites be on when driving? Any thoughts on this, or how to turn them off. Thanks

They are on when the parking lights are on. Yes, that includes the driving lights. No, you can't turn them off. Why would you want to? Many cars have accessory lights while running lights activated.
