Default Warranty question

What is the actual warranty on 05 Coupes? I've head 3/36 4/48 and 10/100. My dealership looks at me like a deer in the headlights when I asked them so I was hoping for some help from the guys and gals that knew about these cars.

Cool Re: Warranty question

The "original owner" factory warranty period is 3/36 & 7/70 (SRT6 - 3/36 only) from the "In Service" date. The original owner can transfer the warranty if the car is sold, there is a $150.00 - $ 250.00 transfer fee and can only be transferred once. The above is the standard, unless your dealer threw in or you purchased an "Extended" warranty at the time of purchase. The Service Writer or Service Manager can run your VIN and tell you the details of your warranty.

I just got back from my local Chrysler dealer. I was able to transfer the 7/70,000 drivetrain warranty on my 2004 Limited Coupe for $150.00 plus sales tax. In and out in about 10 minutes.

That sucks, In Canada, no charge to transfer warranty, 3/60 K bumper to bumper, however we get short end of stick, only 5/100 on powertrain

Agreed. 2nd owner only transfer to the 7/70 drivetrain transfer. The cost should be only $150, to my knowledge. Anything other than the 3/35 or 7/70 standard warrenties is a purchased "extended" warrenty plan.
