Default Mobil 1

Today I went to Walmart to purchase 9 quarts of Mobil One 0-40W oil. Guess what?????? They no longer carry that weight.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what's the answer?

Anxious Don

Walmart sells it I've bought it there for my car try another one in your area. Pepboys and Autozone carry it to, a little more money though.

It's a big seller in Walmart, can't see why they would stop selling it.

Had the same revelation, our local Wally World no longer stocks 0 - 40wt !

Oh well, they never had the filter anyways, it's off to Autozone we go.

I have noticed the newer Wal-Marts don't stock it around here. I can still get it at a few locations...for now.

Are you certain Autozone carries it??? In the 5 quart container??

Apparently there wasn't enough demand for the 0-40, so Walmart stopped stocking it.

Auto Z does stock Mobil 0w-40wt, but only in single quarts. And they only stock the STP replacement filter kit.

I've never seen it in 5 qt. containers, just quarts.
Advance Auto stores have it on sale a few times a year for about $5.00 a quart. That's the best price I've found it anywhere.

Napa carries it in multiple grades, including 0-40w. $6.49 a quart.

None of the Wal-Marts in my area have ever carried the 0-40W. I have always bought it at Shucks Auto or Autozone for around $6 a quart

Wal-mart in my part of the world had it on the closeout shelf for about 2.00 a quart, but only had 3. I have never seen any more in the store. I purchased the other 6 quatrs at Auto Zone at 6.50 a quart.
