Default What are these wires? Found disconnected.

I found two wires that are not connected to anything, under the passenger seat, they are in the front, first thing I can see when I look down under the seat.

One with white plug, one with black plug.

Does anyone knows what wires are they? Are they supposed to be disconnected? Or should they hook up to anything?

Does yours the same as mine or different?

well I don't know what they should hook up to, I'd say that if there isn't an obvious place to hok them up then it was an option your car didn't have.

what model do you have, base, limited, srt, soft top

Jackei,

I've got the same white plug not being used, but it appears that my black plug is piggybacking on another plug. Without doing some pulling I can't tell if the black plug is in use or not.

I've got a 2005 Limited Roadster and you have the 2004 Coupe.

Maybe it's for the optional butt warmers that don't burn out.

Probably wiring for an 8-way power passenger seat.

It's for the controls of the seat ejector.

Oh yea, this make sense to me, I believe so too. Although I rather have a butt warmer that never burn out, haha~

It's probably the I-Pod connector that Chrysler forgot to tell us about.

I agree, probably for the right hand drive cars across the big pond. I'd like to hook up an 8 way on the passangers side for the wife. I have to keep a pillow in the car for her to sit on so she can see out, she hate's sitting low in a car.
