Default On The Road Again

Today is a good Day!

For the first time since last November, I got the Crossfire back out on the road.

It took about seven miles for the tires to become round enough to smooth out the ride, but it was great to drive the Crossfire again.

Here is a product I brought for the winter storage so my tires stay round, it worked great.

Glad you got yours out. Mine hasn't been out since 10/1.
Maybe I can get it out in a week or two.

To keep from getting flat spots, I put styrofoam sheeting under each tire. Works pretty well.

It was a nice dry, sunny day today so I took mine out for a 60 mile ride (after a good charge on the battery). Smooth... Fast... Fun. I really enjoyed it. These are beautiful cars! ...

How thick a piece of styrofoam sheet do you use?

Took mine out a couple of days ago too... Wooo Hoo! It's been parked since November 17th. Flat spots don't bother me. Mines not a daily driver and I have flat spots every time I take it out for a ride. Buy the time the engine warms up the tires roll true. Sure feels great to be behind the wheel again.
