Has anyone bought and used a camax "maxcare" extened warrenty for any car? I shopped around and their price was competitive for the time/miles of the contract and purchaced it a couple weeks ago. Now I need to use it for a couple of TSBs, but I don't want to take it to carmax as they are slow and far away. Plus I have a Chrysler dealership less than a mile away.

How exactly do you use the warrenty when taking it to a dealer for repair? Do you have to get preapproval for the repair before taking it in? Or do you just let the dealership deal with them entirely? Also I've heard that some places won't take carmax cars in for warrenty work because they have trouble getting paid from carmax for the repairs. Any truth to that?
