Hennessey Performance does some amazing work with the AMG cars. Give them a call.

Hennessey doesn't have the greatest reputation, and i see no 3.2 AMG motors on that page.

Hennessey will do custom work on anything with an engine, and some things without. They are a full service machine and performance shop.

+1. I've heard some horror stories about Hennessey, despite all the nice cars you see on the show circuit.

Do you want a fast Crossfire, or just a fast car?

For $40k, I'm sure the Viper V-10 transplant can be done.

Now go do it. Post pictures.

I don't think he is all that serious, but it's a fun post none-the-less.

no i'm serious with building up my xfire, don't get me wrong i love the car just didn't realized it was going to be such a pain to just build it up with new parts. i was wondering if the n/a 3.2 would be able to be stroked? if so how much more of a displacement can i go?

yes you can stroke the crossfire, but who is going to offset grind your crankshaft. startech has done this on thier special package motor

prettymuch all the specs for stroke and bore are the same as that offered for the v8 m113, since they both are the same engine design. I think the largest m113 is 6.0 liters, so subtract those 2 cylinders and wala big bore 6. you can probably have LA sleeve make you anything you like, over bore your motor and go hog wild, within reason

You can get a 3.7L for about 15K.

I've seen low milage ml320 motors on ebay for $2500, yet I think it would be more fun to have the heads cnc ported.
