Just out of curiosity, how often does everybody use injector cleaner?
I put in my first bottle at around 30k. My car idles steady at 500rpm. Always has.

Usually every 3-4 months or at every oil change.

Well I would have used it sooner, but I didn't want the fumes to kill the mice.

Update: Ok, it's been 2 days since I picked it up from repair. So far so good. It idles like a dream. And overall running very well. So, maybe it was an injector problem. Anyway, do any of you have a suggestion for a brand name injector cleaner?

Techron is the best I believe.
It is in most all Auto Zone stores and many other parts stores to.
I add it before a good road trip where I plan to burn a whole tank on the highway.
