My question to everyone is this: Is there something magical about Mobil One? Seriously! Aren't there other synthetics that are as good? Is 0-40 an odd viscosity? I would think not. Or is it that they all hold you up so why not go with the recommended brand.

Mobil 1 Rewards web site members (sign up here) were sent a notice offering a $10 rebate on 5 quarts of Mobil 1. Good from Spring to Summer 2009. Probably time to sign up and become eligible... Two per "family/household".
