Default Rim question (MVR)

Ok so I think I finally found a set of rims that I like... no offense to anyone but I am not a fan of the stock ones. They are MVR 19's in chrome that came off a BMW.

They are 5x112 pattern (BMW fitment) and I asked the guy about the offset

My questions are:

1. What should the offset be Between (and whats the stock)
2. They are all 19x8.5 Will I have to do anything to the front to get them to fit? The car is not lowered.

Thanks in advance.

-Mike

5X112.

35 mm offset front.

22 mm offset rear.

Use this tool:

http://www.rims-n-tires.com/rt_specs.jsp

to see how tire/wheel combos fit.
