It was not an option. It would be an after market product. Did it look like VAguys?:

The only white trash accessory that would go better on the Crossfire than a after market sun roof would be an old couch on the lawn next to the driveway.

I also saw a horse with a horn sticking out of its face. Weird, and made the horse look stupid.
You get the picture. Boo sunroof.
Roadster, the ultimate sunroof.

My previous vehicle was a 1999 Saab 9-3 five door hatchback, and it had a sunroof.
But to be completely honest, I rarely used it. If anything I found that having the sunroof open, or even having the cover back created quite a bit of glare on the dashboard...
Just like what xfirebob said, to each his own. In my opinion it doesn't look that bad on the car. Jus my opinion.

Yeah, but they have to cut out that really neat ridge on the rood--the one that goes across the hood, the roof and the rear end and gives it that Bugatti/art deco appearance.
Whats with all the sunroof hate??!!
I don't get it!
While I would rather have a convertible over a sunroof, I wouldn't mind a sunroof, either.

actually, I'd have liked a T-top option, or a moonroof design on the coupe. I think it would have been just fine. However, I had a couple of sunroofs and didn't like them much at all, too much wind in the back end, booming turbulence, sometimes they leak. Left it off once in 6 inches of rain. should have bought goldfish. LOL! hmmmm. etc. But the Cross would have been fine with a sunroof and if that's what you want then more power to you. who cares. It's about YOUR ride. Always. Your ride.
I think with the ridge in the roof, some T-tops would actually be pretty good looking on this car, IF DONE CORRECTLY. Call me 80's, but I think the XF could pull off some wicked T-tops.
