Plastic popped off!
So, today was the first really cold day (less than 20 degrees in the morning)... and I was driving to the University when I noticed every time I shift... the plastic piece around the shift came off... lol. It is not a big deal, but just wondering if anyone else had that issue? I will just superglue it down, I think it might have been from the cold temperature in the car. I do not think I shift that hard...
mika33, not sure how the MT console goes together, but if I glued that trim down on my SRT auto, I would not be able to take the console apart. That silver trim is the first thing that has to come off to remove the console pieces.

Here is a picture just to clarify... all that is under it is the window switches... and the shifter itself.
I will check it out more tomorrow and see if maybe it just snaps in, I do not know... I was too busy driving to my late class at the time to really observe it. But now that you mentioned that point, MikeR... superglue would not be the best choice.
