Question question about rear spoiler?

going into winter, I had a question about our spoilers. For the last two years, sw missouri has been hit with decent ice accumulation. Should I leave my spoiler up, to avoid trying to open, but covered with ice, on the highway? thanks, chris

There you go. Just make sure you cut it out of the ice. Thats what I did. You'll be fine then.

I think i will leave it up. At night it can thaw out in the garage. Not that I plan on driving it that fast. at least this way, it won't have to move. thanks, chris

Kurts (from Wisconsin) says he justs "thumps" it a little to break up the ice in the morning. I wouldn't leave it up, too much chance of build up of gunk in the mechanisms and drainage tubes.

Just me though-do what you see as right.

It would just be what accumulated during the day, while at work. It is in the garage at night.
