I have small scratch and bought OEM touch up pen for my crossfire coupe(aero pearl blue) when i remove the cap i see the brush but when i try to push the pen part to get paint out nothing happens, stupid question what am i doing wrong that the pen part wont work??

if it is a OEM touch up bottle, you have to remove the orange cone that's inside the opened bottom of the bottle. the oragne cone stops the paint from flowing into the cap.
