i don't have the info you are needing but i have worked on car installing remote starts and alarms along with keyless. the crossfire is a tricky car with needing to split the door lock triggers and diode isolating both.
in remote start he will need to know the bypass info and you have to give up a key.
if your installer does not know where to get the info for wiring or directechs he is not qualified to install the setup. needing to know how to splice into the starter or bypass the factory system using a transponder bypass. please find a shop that has a lifetime warranty.
i got a viper 5901 installed in my manual transmission but i am still working out all the minor bugs to fix it is not a everyday car to work on definitely need plenty of time

While having my audio system installed, one of the guys commented that getting around all of our pre existing security is a pain. I would expect that it will take a while to install, a remote start equaling $$$$. I would like to have one on mine though. good luck, chris

find a new shop, honestly.
the crossfire security isn't something to be taken lightly. with the transponder, you're going to have to glue the chip to either the ignition (or somewhere real close) or to the actual key.., plus if he can't find out where to tap into what wires / etc, then that's not a very good shop.. that's what they are paid for and what they are suppposed to know.
Hey ppl, not any help by anyone in this forum but this is what i compiled when we did my car.

Gary I believe North America is one of the only places that designates model years alot of other countries base the model year when they are manufactured.
First one I saw was on June 28th 2003 at Marlow Heights, Md DAR Cars Chrysler when I bought my 03 GT Cruiser. I'm sure that one had an 03 build and it was summer of 03, they may have considered it an 04 but what I do remember was it was beautiful (I fell in love) and there was a big orange sign in the window that said $37,500 FIRM. That made me say "another day".
