Default annoying 'light bulb out' dummy light problem

Hey guys, about 2 weks ago my 'light bulb out' dummy light came on, my headlamp was out and I changed them both just because.....The dummy light stayed off for 2 days then has reappeared, however I see no signal or side lights out. The high's, lows reverse, fog and brake lights seem fine as well. What on earth could be the problem?

Check your license plate lights. There are 2 of them. It took me a while to figure that one out.

Cool Re: annoying 'light bulb out' dummy light problem

What's with these lights? My car had 91 miles on it and both main lights were blown. The dealer put new ones in and so far so good but it makes me wonder.
