Test drove...What does "!" mean? or was it "i" ?

Test drove...What does "!" mean? or was it "i" ?
So I test drove yet another Crossfire today...Boy, those key fobs sure do take a beating!....Anyway, as I was driving, the "!" or "i" light was shining brightly on the left- hand side of the dash. What does it mean?

You gotta love the helpfulness of this forum. One person answers the question, one person offers the exact pages in the owners manual, and one person literally provides a scan of the owner's manual. Impressive.

Hmm, I thought that (!) symbol meant your car was in "OMGWTFBBQ!" mode.
