Magna Flow Exhaust Installation.
Hi everyone, just bought new exhaust system for my '05 coupe. After I install it, are there any other adjustments I have to make? Like resetting computer or retuning other engine parts?..Appreciate any advice. Thanks
Nothing else needed!
You might need a good bottle of aspirin and a few beers to remedy the finger cramps after fighting with the rubber hangers though.
You'll love it....it's a little loud at first, but it'll get mellower with age.

Thanks Bro! I don't mind the "loud" (I ride a Harley with straight pipes) and I'm sure a few brews will help me forget my hurtin fingers dealing with those rubber hangers....Thanks again, appreciate the advice.
Apkano's right about the rubber hangers....after about 8 months my Magnaflow came off the hangers at the tips so I decided for now to hang it with just one of the hangers...it's level and seems to stay on just fine. If you have hung one you know they don't seem to go on all the way...with just one it slides on further
Has anyone done anything different to secure?

I put 3/8" stainless hose clamps on the rods. With the screw drive down. It prevents the rubber bands from sliding at all. Also works to fine-tune the centering issue.
