first off i want to say thanks to Latana, Dog, max and everybody i may have missed for the concern and all the advice... this is why i love this forum. secondly, i am going to be pursuing this issue further through Chrysler itself... im done talking to the dealer. Ill be keeping the thread updated as i myslef am updated.

 

Report them to the Better Business Bureau. Don't let them off the hook even if they waive the fee for you. By their own admission, they charge everyone a diagnostic fee on top of their the warranty charge...they'll keep screwing folks long after you if you don't follow through.

I'd like to hear more. Keep it up. And the post about the BBB is a good one. Their power and influence varies by state, but definitely give them a call.
