Default Rim Tire Width Question

Hello, I'm new to this forum so I'll start by saying I'm glad to be here.

I just bought an 06 Crossfire about a week and a half ago and have found information on them pretty limited from the general community. One of the things I've been looking for is tire width information so I can know exactly how wide a tire I can fit on this thing while running stock suspension without rubbing at all. I have the stock 255 35 19's in the back and 225 40 18's up front but I'd like to plan out my rims and tires purchase and go as wide as is possible, mabye add some wheel spacers too. And I'll fo ahead and say I'm not going to get any larger diameter rims or tires since it is pertinent to the question. Anyone have an answer?

Sorry if it's been posted already, I couldn't find it. And thanks in advance.

N/M, 5 hours after I posted this I saw there was an entire section of forum dedicated to tires and rims, I guess I shouldn't have been checking under my specific model after all. Sorry for the wasted thread

I'm going to suggest another option. I just received my new aftermarket wheels and will have them mounted tomorrow on new tires.
All sizes are stock 19 and 18's but the rear wheel has a 3.5" deep polished lip on the 19" and a 2.5" deep lip on the 18". That's deep! Visually they appear to be twice as wide and larger. I opted for this because of tires rubbing during turns, performance, etc. And these beautiful wheels just look right.

Good job FP. Need a 3/4 shot to show that 3.5" deep depth. Did you log on to Tirerack? Looks good on a black roadster. I'll post those photo's. I've done more exterior work in the past 8 months. It's time that I posted some photo's anyway. I have a coupe white alabaster.
