Default Sun Shades?

I'm in the market for a sun shade that fits our XFires. The one I have now is too wide and too tall for our front window. I have to scrunch it into the window. I'm looking for a shade that fits a little better. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Smallfry

I too would like to know of any good solutions people are using, especially like the ones that easily fold flat and could be stowed behind pass seat.

Thanks.

Yeah most are too tall to fit the XF's short windshield or too big to fold up and stow within easy reach. I got the aluminunized fabric type with the two spring hoops from Wally world, be sure to get the smaller one they offer. Fits easily behind the seat too. I think it was well under $10,

Mine fits perfect? Its the accordian style that gets folded up and stowed behind the passenger seat. My wife picked it up at the dollar store. It does make a pretty big difference on a hot sunny day.

Got mine at Costco. Its like the one Spotsbimmer shows in his post 'cept the two pieces are connected and round. I fold it up and wedge it in between the passenger seat and the center console. Quick-n-easy!

Wondering if there is a difference in windshied sizes though cuz it fits better on the coupe than it does on the roadster. Roadster seems to be bigger. I'll have to check to be sure.

I got the smaller aluminized accordian-type one from Wal-Mart. It fits perfectly height-wise, but is a little long...I have to fold the end flaps a little. I stash it behind the passenger seat when folded and not in use.

Houston, thanks for the info, I think I am going to pick one of these up, can you answer a few questions though?

The fit is perfect, but exactly how does it stay in place? Also, does it look cheap? the one pic of it folded up looks kind of hokey, just wondering. THANKS.

i always buy custom made sunshields for any of my cars - they are usually available from any of the companies that make custom car covers like j c whitney, california car cover, etc., - they come in nice cases - fit exact - fold flat and look great- have one for my crossfire and never leave home without it - sure makes a difference on a hot day - good luck

Its perfectly cut to the windshield, you almost dont even have to put the visors down to hold it in place. Its snug right under the rear view mirror. I too was a little weary of buying when i saw the pics too, then i read the reviews and ordered. Great quality product. Worth every cent to keep your ride cooler

I purchased mine from AutoSports on line.

It's great, and have had it two years, fits perfect. And I ordered the storage bag and keep the unit either behind the seat or in the back.

It has a drop down menu, so that you can order for the year of your car. You won't be disappointed if you get this one.
