Default comparison shopping

Here is a photo of a 2004 M/B SLK320 I found on autotrader.com in central Florida. One of only 2 2004's that I found under $20k.

Both with miles in the 60's , one at $18k, one at $19k.

Check out the photo of the interior. The similarities are right there for anyone to see.

Thought you might be interested....

And it's got me thinking about a woodgrain kit to dress up the wife's car.

By the way, did Benz worry about sticking a cupholder in there somewhere?

Did you say "woodgrain", here's a pic of an overlay kit that I put in my XFire.

Here's a look from another angle.

and I really like the rosewood woodgrain kit on the black interior I put in mine too. To me it looks the same as in that Benz you just posted, Although I did put it on the glove box door too just to carry the line across

If you look above the center stack HVAC vents, that outline is the (2) pop-out cubholders. I had brought up the similarities to the SLK/Cross in a past post I started. But as you've pointed out again, no one can deny that they are the same cars! There have been some members on here that have added woodgrain that looks great (in my opinion) and others not so much. The key is knowing when to stop. Sometimes less is more!
